A favourite place of mine on the east coast, Saltburn has been transformed from a rather dreary town in the 1970's, to a bustling, lively and wonderful tourist destination. As is always the case at the coast, the challenge is to capture that intense light. This view is taken from the steep path that leads from the town to the beach.
